Be familiar with our legal terms

1. Signing up for the GAYPartnership program is considered to be an agreement with all of our terms.

2. You Will be Paid 50% for Initial Sign-Ups and 50% for Recurring Sign-Ups. Revenue Sharing through Ibill RevShare and CCBILL referer which guarantees FAST, ACCURATE and RELIABLE stats and payouts.

3. You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein.

4. Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC. If you violate this term of the agreement your account will be terminated immediately and you will not be paid.

5. The action of sending any hits from any URL which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owned by that account: child pornography, bestiality, rape, or any act of violence.

6. We will not be held responsible for any loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

7. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.

8. We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.

9. We reserve the right to change the payout rate within 3-days' notice.

10. All funds are paid by cheques in U.S. funds or by wire transfers by request.
